There are more seats on the Porto urban trains at weekends and on public holidays
Make your Christmas shopping special and enjoy all the Christmas entertainment the city has to offer, with music, lights, street entertainment, shows, and sport. There is also the traditional Christmas markets and fairs! We have increased the number of seats on the trains, on weekends and public holidays from 30 November to 28 December, especially on the night of 30 November, so you can have fun with the family or go shopping without worrying about traffic and parking.
Check the train times for your journeys on the Aveiro, Braga, Guimarães and Marco lines.
On the evening of 30 November, don't miss the switching on of the Christmas lights and tree in the centre of Porto.
